To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蟹膏系列一定要食

因為自己喺沙田返工，所以就嚟咗呢一度食午餐，佢本身都自己有一啲午餐set，而嗰啲set就會有烏冬啊，再加壽司再蛋，都有好多款唔同嘅選擇，因為當日返工好攰，所以決定散嗌去令自己開心吓自己本身必點嘅就會係三文魚啦，甜蝦，呢啲就比較普通一啲，都係正常嘅味道，但係三文魚呢就每一次食都會有啲唔同嘅，要睇吓當時嘅批次，今次食嘅三文魚好似凍得太耐，唔係太吸引同好食。但係自己每一次嚟都必定會食蟹膏系列，包括喺蟹肉蟹膏同埋甜蝦蟹膏，佢擺蟹膏嘅份量其實都幾好幾多，一次過食落去真係好爽，鍾意食蟹膏嘅朋友記得要嗌，另外佢有一隻黑松露炸蠔壽司，都好好食，嚟到嘅時候可以感受到佢係即時整，好熱，黑松露配埋好夾，下次一定會encore呢一款
