To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日落機，剛好生日，女朋友細心安排訂了機場附近的自助晚餐，直接在二號機場坐免費穿梭巴士到餐廳，望出窗外，見得唔多飛機。餐廳主打食蟹及海鮮，超多蟹有長腳蟹蟹腳，麵包蟹，椒鹽炒蟹，蟹粉豆腐，蟹皇翅湯，但蟹味唔算鮮甜，海鮮仲有紐西蘭生蠔，但非常失望，好腥，落了檸檬都蓋不住。還有牡丹蝦，鮮甜，正，隻隻都好大隻，其他魚生仲有三文魚，八爪魚，吞拿魚同油甘魚。鮮甜美味，唔太多人。還有各式蔬菜沙律，熱盤，有即切牛肉，充滿肉汁有牛肉味，加黑椒汁非常配。還有湯麵可即煮，有不同麵，湯底可以揀豬骨湯/雞湯吃到甜品除咗有豆腐花，燉蛋白，葡撻之外仲有pancake，朱古力噴泉蘸棉花糖，還有其他甜品。雪櫃還有最新款嘅雪糕。壓軸餐廳非常好服務，安排了一個寫左名牌的brownie ，非常開心。用Openrice app 預早訂座有八折，好抵，每人約$500 。
