之前已經聽過朋友推介中環有一間以蟹湯做招牌既湯麵店,今次專程過嚟試下。先講小食,叫左一份葱油海蜇,海哲本身夠爽口,葱油亦香,可惜味道偏淡;醉蛋,一上台已經好香花雕酒味道,糖心蛋黃,入口半溶狀態,連女仔朋友都覺得好好味;鮮蟹肉干燒伊麵,一絲一絲既蟹肉混入干燒伊麵內,啖啖鮮味,而配上既蟹湯果然係招牌,香濃蟹味,好鮮甜,真係想問佢添飲;手拆鮮蟹肉泡飯,份量十足,鋪上大堆鮮蟹肉,真材實料,絕對比外面既"仿蟹肉"好食得多,而泡飯已經索哂蟹湯,粒粒蟹香味,比剛才配上既蟹湯更鮮甜,更香濃,難怪眼見旁邊有唔少人點呢個泡飯。值得提一提,佢地個自家製辣菜脯,辣得嚟有dd蒜香,令人不停咁加。
