之前行過登龍街,見到有間食釜飯既餐廳,諗起早兩年係奈良食過好多人排隊既志津香釜飯,就搵日book位黎試下呢間奈良上釜~依家做緊蟹盛,見好多人都有叫,所以都試下另外叫左個蕎麥麵。佢個杯都幾靚~一開始就黎左個凍蟹腳,本身已經剪開左一邊,可以好易括哂成舊肉出黎,好鮮甜跟住再黎就係天婦羅蟹腳,薄脆既天婦羅衣包住淡淡肉既蟹腳,口感畀上一個更好食完前菜,首先黎既係我叫既蝦天婦羅蕎麥麵,個天婦羅同蟹腳一樣,炸得不錯。個汁有粒生鵪鶉蛋,撈埋啲麵更加滑同加左啲蛋香。跟住黎既就係男友叫既蟹盛主菜,有飯、湯、茶碗蒸、漬物同生果,真係好盛。一開~嚇親,得個蓋既?!再揭開個蓋~嘩 使唔使咁多蟹膏同蟹肉...撈哂真係每啖都係食到蟹肉的...我男友用返奈良食既食法,食左啲就蓋返住去整飯焦!但個飯焦就無志津香咁好味啦,啲焦仲有少少爐味咁茶碗蒸close up~今次係蟹鉗~個蛋都蒸得幾滑~食完我地覺得暫時都唔想食蟹住...
