To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次女朋友陪我同媽咪一齊食飯,上次冇食到蟹,我當然會禮尚往來,同女朋友及媽咪再嚟食一次,隻蟹真心好抵,平時去潮州打冷一隻凍蟹都要$300 ,但係呢度蟹腳已經多過一隻凍蟹嘅份量,今次三個人叫咗一隻四斤幾嘅蟹,煮法係用清蒸,保留左蟹嘅原味,啲汁撈落去上湯龍蝦伊麵,令到龍蝦伊面都有蟹膏,非常邪惡,食一餐飯當然要有條菜,叫多一個翡翠炒雙蚌,連菜都要有海鮮,怕唔夠飽最後叫多一隻脆皮炸子雞,之前食過幾好食今日再encore
