為慶祝復活節長假期開始,XO仔一早應承咗honey去中環一家佢想去好耐o既「Chateau Aqua Oyster & Wine」度食生蠔 。餐廳位於蘇豪區一幢商廈內,唔熟路其實都幾難搵。大廈門口雖然細小,不過佔用全層o既餐店卻極之闊落。大廳散座唔會擠得密麻麻,厚墊膠皮椅櫈都好好坐,中央及近窗位置全部都係留俾多人o既客人。其實店內仲有間可容納二十多人o既私人房,不過當晚有人包咗,主人家亦一早到達,故小肥未有機會參觀。我倆就被安排入座魚缸旁其中一張二人枱。店子內外及走廊都用上來自多國o既酒瓶、酒塞、酒箱等裝飾。就連洗手間內都唔例外,以酒樽作花瓶 ,老闆好明顯係好酒之人。訂座時已知悉餐店並無收取任何開瓶費用 ,所以honey好放心地自備白酒。「蠔酒山莊」樓面清一色全男班,除咗飯前黎個濕紙巾把戲之外,接著不斷o既斟酒加水、及不時更換餐具等全為自動波,細心貼身之服務態度絕不遜色於女生 。店名所示,店主除咗重視美酒,對蠔亦極為講究,睇見身穿紅衫o既師傅整晚不停忙碌地開蠔就知生蠔有幾受歡迎 !細佬自問飲酒配酒都唔叻,落單任務都交由情人作主,結果食哂佢愛食o既海鮮菜式。Oyster Pla
