一年一度嘅ART.BASEL開幕,我地啲藝-文青梗係要先睹為快入去打下卡啦。其實係工作關係有兩張VIP卡可以先入去逛一圈。填飽咗心靈上嘅空洞,就係附近開餐填滿埋肚子嘅空虛。OYSTER HOUSE早幾年幫襯過,記得水唔錯所以今晚再黎享受一番。店如其名,呢度主打當然係生蠔,所以點咗半打生蠔開一開胃口。ROLLEX/SPANISH L/LAMBERT,每款蠔身都好飽滿而且鮮度十足,食落一啲都唔有刺鼻金屬味,反而甜香奶滑,令人愛不惜口。配上餐白酒,葡萄嘅酒香味與柔和嘅礦物質風味更加相得益彰。周打蠔湯/蘑菇湯。兩者都做得好幼滑,蠔湯咸鮮之外亦帶點甘香甜,所以飲落好舒服。而松露菇湯雖然好味,實在係飲過太多次了,反而無蠔湯咁討喜。自家製水牛城雞翼。本身諗住當做下酒小食,但估唔到份量都好多。雞翼炸得香脆入味,酸酸甜甜又有少少辣度嘅調味十分誘人,一呷葡萄酒一啖雞翼滋味非常。芝士白汁煙肉意粉。傳統嘅煙肉意粉主要調味來自煙肉及帕馬森芝士,食時意粉有少少芝士嘅黏性但絕不糊口。重要嘅係最後拌入生蛋黃,提升濕潤度及增添額外香濃蛋香味道。做得好好食啊。炭燒加拿大天然豬鞍。差不多成吋厚嘅豬𩣑一啲都唔鞋,切落好腍無需
