To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去,之前已經聽聞呢一間陶源好出名⋯⋯出名服務差😓但係作為街坊,都要親身試吓🧐星期六下午,過了午飯時間,試吓下午茶,問門口知客係咪有點心,佢話有。入到去嗌完茶之後跟住就問你買唔買年糕蘿蔔糕, 跟住就冇再喺附近出現過😓,寫完點心紙之後舉手成10分鐘都冇人理🤬,附近最少有四五個侍應周圍走,但係「都好專心去收拾」,最後只可以用高八度的聲線去嗌唔該。個侍應過到嚟第一句唔係話唔好意思,而係話:「快啲落單啦就嚟接單喇!」(大姐,我都舉手舉左10分鐘啦,喺門口問佢有冇點心嗰陣時又唔同我講話就嚟截單點心嚟到就記起有句金句,千祈唔好喺點心截單前落單⋯⋯春卷— 唔脆,已經有一半係軟咗豆苗餃— 都幾肯定係翻叮,個皮😰乾炒牛河— 算係合格,都炒得算乾身小籠包— 比較似Yeung一件點心,裏便係有肉汁嘅,不過好奇怪唔知點解剩係得三粒?齋腸— 不過不失總結一句,逆境自強,唔好成日話疫情點樣影響生意,逆境未到的時候,最先被淘汰肯定係不思進取的一群!
