To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去日出康城商場,同屋企人去行下,一行4大1小,見西餐好多都要等位,但見陶源中菜有位及晚飯優惠精選就試下!😌見個晚飯優惠精選有六個餸,都只係優惠價$498 (原價$708) 都幾抵食,大家唔想諗就揀四人餐,雖然唔知大唔大碟,打算唔夠先再加餸。平時去食中餐都怕點普洱茶,因為飲親都比較苦澀,但估唔到今次家人叫普洱,飲落好香醇及有少少回甘,一點都唔苦,下次可以再叫!上菜見四人餐其實都幾大碟,仲越上越有,食極都未食完…四人餐包括鮮人參燉水鴨湯、蘚茄粒粒泡菜苗、香煎一夜情馬友、柚子蜜蝦球、秘製樟茶鴨(半隻)及菠蘿雞粒炒飯六個餸。個人比較喜歡柚子蜜蝦球、秘製樟茶 鴨(半隻) 及菠蘿雞粒炒飯。蝦球層皮雖然唔脆,但上枱時入面仲係熱及彈牙,感覺新鮮,加上柚子蜜酸酸甜甜好開胃!秘製樟茶鴨覺得幾特別,個人比較少食到呢種味道,層皮估唔到有少少脆,而肉質係算幾嫩,下次可以再食!而水鴨湯、香煎馬友本人覺得比較鹹,但馬友可以煎到咁香脆都值得一讚!而蘚茄粒粒泡菜苗都鮮甜,食得出材料新鮮!而菠蘿雞粒炒飯其實都幾開胃,小朋友都好鍾意食!由於唔係本人叫餐,而且侍應落左餐後就攞埋張餐紙走左,一路上菜一路食都冇為意其實四人餐係包咩餸,奇怪的是越食越有,為何四人餐會有咁多碟?食到尾侍應攞張單黎先知原來夾錯左某枱點的孖寶餐落我地張單到,有海南雞半隻及肉絲炆米粉….最後同經理講,佢地鞠晒躬道歉話同事出錯左,話唔好意思及送返糖水及糕點俾我地,但我地既然都差唔多食晒,而且味道又唔錯,小朋友又啱食,付費其實都應該!加上經理態度親切,感覺良好!但部分個別員工態度有待改善...😌

很差的體驗 ,很差的服務首先食物等得很耐 ,我大概7:30去到叫野食 ,啲野食8:30先到 ,期間都催過幾次 ,一直都係話就得就得 ,然後野都未食完差唔多9:15就要我地埋單。咁我對一對單 ,發現個冬瓜盅落左正價(佢做梗優惠) ,問個短頭髮女職員 ,佢大大聲話落單哦個係替工 佢冇幫你寫優惠就冇 。我話但你地張餐牌寫到明做梗優惠點解收我正價 ?同埋我之前叫都係收我優惠價,佢又唔出聲 。咁既處理方式令到我覺得咁大間連小小錢都要呃 ,唔會再去

又到食大閘蟹🦀嘅季節啦!今年我就率先去咗陶源酒家任食大閘蟹🩷我會揀喺度食嘅原因係呢度嘅食物種類好多!除咗3款任食蟹(清蒸、太雕、鹽焗),仲有片皮鴨🦆、鮑魚、金湯小米燴遼參、蟹粉扒豆苗;任食甜品🍮(楊枝甘露、布甸等);主食(壽包、糯米飯等);小食(避風塘雞中翼、手拍青瓜🥒)我多數喺屋企都係食清蒸大閘蟹,估唔到原來鹽焗都咁好食㗎,鹹鹹地咁!而其他小食都好夠滋味,椒鹽海中蝦、香辣萵筍絲等,送啤酒就一流啦❗️而甜品方面,楊枝甘露、杏仁茶、紅棗糕嘅質素都好高,我全部都好鍾意食❤️我今次淨係得兩個人嚟,下次我要約埋其他屋企人嚟先得,咁先可以再食得多啲,同埋有人生日嘅話(4位以上),仲有得升級啤酒汽水任飲添😋
