To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去葵芳搵開朋友食飯,就求其搵下有咩食,度度都多人,見小雨天唔洗等位,聽朋友講原來佢中學年代已經食過,真係歷史悠久,我黎左葵廣甘多次都未食過就試試佢啦。由於唔係好肚餓,我就係揀左雲吞一個餸,朋友就揀左雞翼、滑雞同腐竹。d雲吞原來唔係我想像中既金魚尾雲吞🙈,係上海雲吞黎,雲吞既摺位比較厚,以致有d位好硬,入面係包左韭菜豬肉。而朋友都分左d餸比我食,腐竹正常,個人覺得腐皮配米線係夾d。滑雞都真係幾滑,唔會有雪味,雞翼係豉油雞翼嚟,甜甜地,我幾鐘意。米線份量都幾多,總括黎講就係街坊口味,無伏都無特別出色,醫肚之選。
