To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越南餐廳本身價錢已經唔平，如果食到都唔好食真係會有啲激氣㗎！呢間都已經嚟過好多次，就算行遠啲都要黎食。因為食物質素真係好，環境亦衛生清潔，坐得都舒服。首要推介係蕃茄蟹肉湯檬，味道夠但不會郝喉，蟹肉夠香而且啲扎肉仲好厚添～雞絲湯河湯底做得清，亦唔係齋味精味，有深度嘅越式法包夠新鮮，麵包趣卜卜，香脆可口。老闆人好好，好有善，你叫得太多佢會提醒你驚你吃唔晒。感覺得到係有熱誠的餐廳唯一有啲失望就係冇生牛肉湯河。只有香茅牛肉湯河。
