嚟故宮玩到入夜,喺時候要搵吓地方食晚餐。今晚嚟到位於故宮下面嘅金玡居食個晚餐。晚餐時間去到夜晚8點,而last order 就係7點半呀。裝修幾靚不過地方唔大,人多嘅日子就可能未必有位啦。我哋就霸晒bar枱,鬆動之餘仲啱晒打咭。Menu兩版紙,食台灣菜,麵小食,飲品呀,坐咗陣嘢食就上枱啦。本來想食佢哋嘅黃金鷄湯麵配華生鷄,可惜賣晒。唯有改叫花雕醉雞麵,$128蚊。碗嘅size絕對稱唔上大,麵條係幼麵,搭多兩條菇。配上呢個係香葱配薄切雞肉呀。肚仔餓,即刻嚟試試個麵先,個麵嘅質感就好似日式拉麵咁啦。配上個花雕湯,啲酒味係幾出。個香葱鷄片,鷄肉清新再夾上香葱,刺激有如蒜泥白肉。再配上花雕香甜,為清純嘅切鷄加入更多嘅層次。有肉有想有返碟菜,叫咗碟芥末蠔油秋葵,$58蚊。切到細細粒賣相相當靚仔,食落爽口。但個芥末味都幾重,已經感覺唔到蠔油,好辣好攻鼻呀。淨係食個麵又點會夠喉,再叫多個鹽酥鷄,$58蚊,一碟5粒呢個size算係唔錯啦。食落幾香口,炸得幾乾身,個味道完全就係平日台式炸雞咁嘅味,鷄肉仲保留到少少水份唔會話太乾。繼續食埋碗面先,個湯嘅質地唔算係厚身,全部清晒,大滿足呀。台式餐廳就當然唔少
