之前男友因為PMQ嘅Whisky Live活動而認識CHI Tachinomi,因為果時覺得佢地嘅土手燒牛筋煮好好食,就開始同店員傾偈了解下啲食物係到會還是係有舖頭。詳談後知道之後會響中環碼頭開店,因為成日都會搭船嘅關係,所以就留意到佢幾時開張,再叫男友一齊黎食野chill下。我地今次食左牛根煮,鰻魚飯,雞皮同埋香菇。因為我未食過,我估唔牛筋係會切成條狀同粒狀架,食又幾得意,質感比較彈牙,牛味都濃。鰻魚飯好重本,估到小小一碗飯會有咁大塊鰻魚,燒得剛剛好,醬汁都好好味。串燒雞皮好脆好香口,不油膩,開頭會覺得等好耐,但原來要燒10分鐘先做到呢個效果,值得等。串燒香菇燒出來其實無燒過果種感覺,水感比較重,但好香。呢度有個跳字機計facebook like同ig like,當你like完約一分鐘,就會見到佢跳字,unlike都會減返條數,好有趣。

我地今次食左牛根煮,鰻魚飯,雞皮同埋香菇。
因為我未食過,我估唔牛筋係會切成條狀同粒狀架,食又幾得意,質感比較彈牙,牛味都濃。
鰻魚飯好重本,估到小小一碗飯會有咁大塊鰻魚,燒得剛剛好,醬汁都好好味。
串燒雞皮好脆好香口,不油膩,開頭會覺得等好耐,但原來要燒10分鐘先做到呢個效果,值得等。
串燒香菇燒出來其實無燒過果種感覺,水感比較重,但好香。
