咁啱嚟到中環但撞正落雨,就揀咗間近近地又一直想試嘅拉麵。見到佢地雞白湯都幾吸引,但見到隔離枱嗰碗超大兜就放棄咗,叫咗碗醬油清湯試吓。個湯底都幾鮮甜、又唔會太鹹,荀好食,不過慢煮叉燒就麻麻地(我都係比較偏好有啲厚度嘅肉,慢煮叉燒太薄了冇乜咬口)。奇怪嘅地方係,食完返屋企嗝返啲胃氣出嚟嗰陣,口腔入面陣味居然仲香過餐廳入面食嗰陣😂😂可能因為上菜嗰陣啲蔥太生(超大量蔥),食完嘢響胃入面整到佢半熟反而仲香。其實係咪因為個湯底冇乜點落蔥去煮呢?真係唔太清楚
