To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚落咗樓下食拉麵，喺筲箕灣東大街的八雲，店都開咗一段日子，都多街坊鍾意幫襯，之前嚟到都食佢嘅拉麵。今日就換一換口味叫咗兩個套餐，首先嚟嘅係燒洋蔥豬肉套餐，套餐方面有麵豉湯有少少漬物，同埋蟹子沙律，燒肉上碟份量大，椰菜伴碟夠多，豬肉炒得好惹味，洋蔥又入味，有幾分家庭小店嘅感覺，味道雖然簡單，但係送飯剛剛好。叫一個漢堡扒套餐，配菜同之前一樣，漢堡扒有口感，感覺都好住家菜，好似自家製咁樣，唔似現成買返嚟的漢堡扒，入口好軟有肉汁，另外配上日式味道嘅酸汁，非常之開胃，有陣時食日本嘢就係想食簡單嘅味道，碟底的汁配埋椰菜，加沙律醬及漬物又可以送幾碗飯，簡單的一餐就最好。
