To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

街坊低調燒味

資訊太多的年代，低調就好易睇漏眼。於炮台山突然想食燒味，上 openrice search 到呢間好多個笑嘅店。望落食物樣唔差同留言望落幾真，所以過去幫襯。午飯時間店內八成男人，兩成OL，全滿。多人就應該食唔到。乳豬一流，皮超脆，唔會過肥而肉有咸香，無話見你生面口俾衰位你燒肉其實都好食，但錯過我先食乳豬，是返唔到轉頭的撈幼麵彈牙無怪味，份量超多，我諗同呢度八成男食客有關東區可以坐低又好食的燒味暫時只有呢間！
