To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

堅尼地城站一出已經見到熟食中心，山長水遠嚟到梗係要叫番啲好嘢食😂😂😂誠記全部嘢食都可以自由配搭，啱哂啲咩都想試，有選擇困難嘅人😬📍沙嗲牛肉煎雙蛋公仔麵身為沙牛麵關注組嘅其中一份子，梗係要嚟試下港島區嘅沙牛麵代表。沙嗲湯底夠曬味，牛肉亦都夠淋，牛肉味重。煎雙蛋同朋友share 每人一隻就啱啱好。📍炸豬扒墨魚頭公仔麵豬扒炸到好脆身，份量十分足夠。墨魚頭喺出面少地方有得食，爽口亦都唔會覺得難咬。📍西多士西多即叫即整，送到上枱面已經切好哂，仲好熱辣辣。最驚喜係西多中間有層咖央，勁邪惡!!2個人埋單都唔洗$100，一定會再嚟食😝😝😝

豬扒炸到好脆身，份量十分足夠。
