今日嚟到大埔大元邨1間幾多差評嘅食店試吓,顯然街坊沒有因為評價而卻步,奇怪是坐無虛席。店內2邊是卡位,中間是長方枱,今日被安排坐收銀台面前,近門口的坐位,由於近門口,自動門常開,難免感到有些炎熱。我點了兩個午餐,黑松露野菌忌廉汁豬扒煎蛋飯和和風照燒汁美國肥牛手打烏冬。雖然價格只需$55,但品質卻略為一般,未能突破$55的水準。豬扒煎蛋飯的黑松露風味不太明顯,忌廉汁也略為稀薄。而美國肥牛手打烏冬的烏冬略為過軟,加上照燒汁略嫌單一,牛肉也鞋口,咬勁十足。凍檸茶個茶底不夠濃。無論是食品定飲品,份量都係幾大份的。值得一讚是服務態度,門口帶位的阿姐,親切主動。收銀那位未知是否老闆,每位客人離開,經過收銀台,他都向客人一一道謝。
