係香港,普遍都係見到連鎖式嘅酒家,肯用心做點心的傳統茶館已經愈來愈少興幸,屋企樓下重有新興新興排長隊兼等位已經係基本常識。平時好少排隊食野,但係新興真係值得等。無他,因為想食到香港最好食最新鮮的點心,就要付出架啦師傅即制一粒粒的蝦餃,每粒都脹卜卜,好靚好吸引蝦餃上到台面要等30秒以上先好食,因為太新鮮太熱,如果馬上起筷會好易整穿塊皮入口,滿口都係鮮蝦同埋豬肉的肉汁,皮又夠薄。加上少許的鮮筍帶來爽身的口感,滿足。燒賣所用的材料都好新鮮,唔會食到出面其他地方的燒賣個種好「乸」的口感。口感札實,好女食!羅漢齋粉包,入面有木耳等多種材料,所以味道好豐富,一D都唔比肉類的點心味道淺薄。鵪鶉蛋燒賣,皮夠薄,可以清楚見到包住鵪鶉蛋丶豬肉同埋蝦。鮮豬肉同鮮蝦結合而成的燒賣,加上鵪鶉蛋的蛋香味,令人齒頰留香食完之後飲一啖香片,滿足坊間好少有的蓮蓉包,呢度的蓮蓉包真材實料,蓮蓉唔會太甜,蛋黃咸咸地,加上軟鬆的面包,好香好味!一盎盎的盎頭飯,我最愛的係排骨鳳瓜飯。蒸出黎令肉汁流入飯中,加上煮過的甜豉油,味道真係好好好好正!飯身唔會蒸到好腍,重有點爽口的感覺,好食!望下條隊,你就知咩料啦!

入口,滿口都係鮮蝦同埋豬肉的肉汁,皮又夠薄。加上少許的鮮筍帶來爽身的口感,滿足。
