Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過了打冷小廚，適逢今日路過觀塘約了舊工友聚聚，又試試這家餐廳小廚好吃不。一坐下就有熱情嘅伙計介紹推薦美食，因為之前在外逛了一會有點熱，伙計就建議飲杯冰涼自家制薏米水涼一吓再慢慢想食咩野，好貼心。2個人叫了3款餸開大餐，椒鹽鮮魷拼欖角骨(5件)~鹹甜拼好特別，鮮魷炸得外脆內軟，炸粉夠薄魷魚夠鮮，欖角骨啖啖肉，甜酸咸都有，非常惹味。鹵味拼盤~超大碟，樣樣有，最好味係大腸同豆腐，超入味又夠林。南乳蓮藕炒鹹肉~入味好送飯，鹹肉大大塊好食。最後伙計送了馬豆糕給我們做甜品，可能做街坊生意，感覺超有愛的一間餐廳。
