好少去土瓜灣,探完朋友之後,朋友推介去呢度食酸菜魚,話街坊先識去,聽到咁樣,就去試下,發現食物質素不錯,但價錢不算很貴,我仲叫咗紅蔥頭雞,都唔錯架🤩紅蔥頭雞獨特香味和雞肉的鮮美口感相得益彰,讓人吃了之後回味無窮🤤🤤🤤紅蔥頭需要先用油爆香,這樣才能讓它的香味和味道充分釋放出來。而雞肉用了料酒、醬油等調味料醃製一段時間,讓雞肉更加入味👍👍👍整道菜肴的味道非常濃郁,適合和米飯一起食用🍚🍚🍚🤩酸菜魚酸辣可口,菜的酸味和魚肉的鮮美結合,魚肉入味、湯汁濃稠,🥰🥰叫埋個飯就啱晒了!真係幾好食😋
