To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去西環買臘腸冬菇，順便去金祥吃排骨麵。店小，侍應老闆有禮貌。菜胆雲吞排骨麵很高興炸排骨是另上的，排骨上桌十分漂亮，但排骨炸得不夠身，底不脆有油粉粉的。上海雲吞菜肉平均可以。麵一般，湯清淡沒味精。冬菇牛腩麵牛腩一般，但大陸原木冬菇大大隻菇味濃郁，做得爽滑。鯪魚肉腐皮卷買相可人，看到已感覺到脆脆口感十足，魚肉煙韌腐皮脆。下次幫襯一定 encore.
