To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行年宵前未到晚市已經見大量街坊排隊斬料,地膽朋友話呢度燒味遠近馳名,半信半疑之下叫左餐牌上冇既雙拼飯。 乳豬分蹄飯 ($41)乳豬甘香酥脆,粉紅嫩肉厚而入味唔會死咸,結合左酒樓乳豬既清脆外皮同燒肉冇骨啖啖肉兩者之長,我難得地連肥膏都食埋。分蹄每塊都凍住大量骨膠原又唔肥膩,薄切點白醋汁好開胃。 略嫌淋上飯既醬汁比較淡,飯質亦唔算靚,但依然滿足。叉燒油雞幼麵 tea set ($29) 配凍檸茶 (+$2)5半剛好趕及叫個下午茶餐,油雞只分到胸位,叉燒普通,勝在份量足、味道唔錯。 睇黎樣子一般既朋友,燒味都係叫返乳豬穩陣d。例湯 ($7)絕不欺場以雞骨、蘿蔔、蟲草花、桂圓等熬成,同湯麵一樣咁大碗,十分鮮甜,個人認為可以落多少少鹽。一路食個佬飯一路聽住收銀阿姐同燒味師傅打情罵俏,呢一刻我是一個浪子。
