雀友新居入伙,相約知己週四晚收工後上去打番十六圈 ,晚飯就喺佢家樓下一間好多街坊都幫襯o既「金樂軒雞煲魚鍋」度搞掂。一行四人六點未到已入座店子中央o既圓枱,因埋牆三張卡位一早已被客人預訂,其中一張o既食客比我地更早到添,之後先發覺原來佢地大多都係區內o既街坊熟客。飯後有牌局,晚餐當然係速戰速決啦,我地就一人點咗一味餸,再加藍妹大啤兩枝! 蒜香椒鹽豬手($128):熱辣辣o既椒鹽豬手炸得好夠乾身、香脆、軟腍,金黃色o既蔥蒜香口又惹味,好有水準。 鮮味香煎墨魚餅($128):墨魚餅爽脆彈牙,淨食真係幾鮮,不過點埋個甜酸醬就醒神得多 。 四川辣子雞($128):辣子雞丁熱辣辣、香噴噴,好夠鑊氣,加上細細粒容易食,每粒同樣香辣脆口,又唔係麻辣嗰種,小肥都好啱食。 酸菜桂花魚煲($188/條):樓面姐姐極力推介,話佢地o既桂花魚煲又正又抵食,仲包食過返尋味,大家見$188有成條魚喎,所以就應承佢試一試 。桂花魚煲真係原條魚上,一邊食個爐仲要一邊滾住煲湯,四人都爭住要讚。白雪雪o既魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,一邊滾都唔會話變老,就連一向唔多食魚o既XO仔都食完一件又一件,當真美味非常,難怪枱
