即使没上OP做功課,只要看看其他食客的選擇,都不難發現這道是最受歡迎的!生蝦有大($150)、小($88)兩個尺寸選擇,見鄰桌只有三人,卻是點上一份大的生蝦刺身!用上的生蝦絶對新鮮,晶瑩的蝦身結實爽彈,個兒也不算少,辣汁屬自家調製的,夠酸之餘辣度也足,很有水準

一客四件,炸得金黃香脆,蝦膠打得結實入囗彈牙,算得上是蝦鮮味濃,只是蝦汁不多,味道合格有餘,但不算出眾就是了。

吃泰菜不點上串燒總不是味兒,於是點了串燒豬和雞各半打,味道教人有點失望,串燒燒得脆身,只是肉質較差,加上沙嗲醬不香,失色的一道。

咖哩雞包($88)


長輩總是喜歡這一道菜式,這兒的麵包雞算是便宜得很。要求麵包與咖哩分上,農夫包是傳統麵包店出品包身硬實,外層烘烤得不夠脆身,已是打了折扣。再者那黃咖哩雞也是强差人意,雞件冰鮮的關係雞味完無,且十分嚡口,黃咖哩也不夠濃惹,讓滿心期待的長輩失望了。

冬蔭公湯烏頭魚($148)

烏頭新鮮肥美,雖不是黄油但肉質不錯結實帶魚香。冬蔭公用上大量泰式香料,湯底偏酸辣,再加上大量椰菜片、小茄子、秀珍菇,吸了湯底的配料也是可口得很。可惜的是沒有提供蘸吃的泰式魚醬,對重口味的我來說是美中不足

蝦醬炒飯($55)

店方名物,可從餐牌上看得出端倪。炒飯分大小兩個尺寸,大的索價$105,相信這份自信是來自口碑吧!  比起炒金邊粉,這炒飯實在是來得更有水準。蝦醬香氣撲鼻,用上肉碎、小蝦乾、豆角、葱頭同炒,做法相當正宗飯粒分明不帶多餘油份,很好吃。

被鄰桌的蒜蓉香氣吸引,追加了一客。蒜蓉牛油只是薄薄的一層,但包身夠脆,算是不俗。

金龍作為街坊小店,一直在區內有不俗的口碑,論味道是「比上不足,比下有餘」,雖不是道道正宗,街坊小店的誠意還是有的,價位亦相當親民,這家泰式小館還是值得再回頭的。
