好耐無食泰國菜啦!決定唔煮飯走去食泰菜去咗金龍泰國菜館到食。點解簡呢間?因為佢哋嘅廚師全部係泰國人正宗泰國菜首先叫咗我最鍾意食嘅泰式生蝦仲泰式燒豬頸肉當然唔少得一定要叫嘅冬陰功湯啦之後仲叫泰式椰菜苗同蒜蓉包。再叫咗凍檸檬可樂我超鍾意食生蝦,每次食泰國菜必點食落好生鮮。啲蝦肉夠爽脆燒豬頸肉就男友愛吃。個人覺得普通無乜驚喜。冬陰功好足料。椰菜苗我個人就稍嫌不夠辣。味道ok,如果再辣啲就正了蒜蓉包就真係比較遜色唔脆,唔香無乜蒜蓉味成餐飯唯一敗筆。另外講下佢哋嘅檸樂。佢哋喺杯到加咗檸檬汁。然後係用青檸嘅。所以酸度好夠

今晚同老公拍拖仔,去咗屯門行街街, 雖然呢頭有好多大型嘅商場同肯定有大把好野食。但係我兩公婆就鍾意周圍逛睇下街邊有咩食多過留向商場揾食。行到甘上下,走左過去新墟,入左間好平民式既泰國餐館試下。 由於我哋太早食飯,所以冇乜客人,服務員任何選擇位置。我地叫咗一個併盤(蝦餅、春卷、雞翼、串燒。) 呢個拼盤最好味係蝦餅,好彈牙。春卷都幾特別,入面有塊火腿嘅。雞翼就肥膩咗少少,好多油。 串燒就真係一般。炭燒豬頸肉係我哋第二個菜式,好食呀!燒得好乾身,但仍有好多肉汁。再加埋自家製辣汁配答唔錯呀。至於馬拉盞炒芥蘭,就唔夠辣同埋個芡汁就重手咗少少。最後個泰式炒金邊粉,唔知點解好似黐埋一住咁,麻麻地。今晚無飲汽水,改飲青檸冰,酸酸甜甜咁,幾開胃。整體上ok嘅,價錢屬於好平,可以來幫襯下。

昨晚和朋友看完captain marvel後,他問我屯門有甚麼好吃的,我就帶他去何福堂那邊,讓他選擇,他說這裡大部份都是新金榮小廚賣小菜,但他剛才在戲院吃了不少爆谷,所以小菜他吃不了,反而金龍泰國菜館可以一吃。我們一人選一款,以免點太多又吃不完,我點小食拼盤,朋友則選乾炒豬河。朋友說乾炒豬河份量挺多的,而且香氣撲鼻,河粉醬色均勻,光是這數點已覺得很不賴。他盛讚乾炒豬河鑊氣十足,豬肉軟嫩,亦不死鹹,風味滿滿的。朋友高度評價小食拼盤,雞翼皮脆肉嫩,且帶陣陣香料香味,肉汁豐腴。蝦餅炸得金黃香脆,蝦膠部份彈牙極致。沙嗲豬肉控制火喉恰到好處,沒有乾巴巴的嚼感,仍保有它的原汁。春卷意想不到的驚喜,原以為是素菜春卷,怎料一咬怎麼會外脆內彈,帶點香辣,原來是蝦春卷,68元的小食拼盤居然吃到蝦春卷,超值。

我們一人選一款,以免點太多又吃不完,我點小食拼盤,朋友則選乾炒豬河。朋友說乾炒豬河份量挺多的,而且香氣撲鼻,河粉醬色均勻,光是這數點已覺得很不賴。他盛讚乾炒豬河鑊氣十足,豬肉軟嫩,亦不死鹹,風味滿滿的。

第一次去金龍泰國菜館食,味道不錯!這次兩個人去食,叫的餸菜不能太多,我們就是叫了4碟而已。^_^ 首先叫了杯青檸梳打: 是那種酸度較重的味道,不似茶餐廳飲開淡淡味那種,個人認為很特別,也挺喜歡❤️另外餸叫了蝦醬炒飯,小食拼盤,泰式炒芽菜及泰式鳳爪。味道都很不錯!最喜歡還是泰式鳳爪,味道很足!最後價錢也很公道,二百多元埋單!下次來會再試試其他菜式!

到達何福堂後以Openrice一搜,此處就只有金龍泰國菜館。依稀記得數年前曾光顧過,再看果然找到自己舊日的拙文。老公總不明白我何以要記住那些食店,而事實上我對曾光顧過的食店都會留下印象,也許就是嘴饞的天性使然吧!金龍給我的印象是「街坊泰菜,價格相宜」,且看現在的金龍表現如何吧!

即使没上OP做功課,只要看看其他食客的選擇,都不難發現這道是最受歡迎的!生蝦有大($150)、小($88)兩個尺寸選擇,見鄰桌只有三人,卻是點上一份大的生蝦刺身!用上的生蝦絶對新鮮,晶瑩的蝦身結實爽彈,個兒也不算少,辣汁屬自家調製的,夠酸之餘辣度也足,很有水準

咖哩雞包($88)


長輩總是喜歡這一道菜式,這兒的麵包雞算是便宜得很。要求麵包與咖哩分上,農夫包是傳統麵包店出品包身硬實,外層烘烤得不夠脆身,已是打了折扣。再者那黃咖哩雞也是强差人意,雞件冰鮮的關係雞味完無,且十分嚡口,黃咖哩也不夠濃惹,讓滿心期待的長輩失望了。

冬蔭公湯烏頭魚($148)

烏頭新鮮肥美,雖不是黄油但肉質不錯結實帶魚香。冬蔭公用上大量泰式香料,湯底偏酸辣,再加上大量椰菜片、小茄子、秀珍菇,吸了湯底的配料也是可口得很。可惜的是沒有提供蘸吃的泰式魚醬,對重口味的我來說是美中不足

蝦醬炒飯($55)

店方名物,可從餐牌上看得出端倪。炒飯分大小兩個尺寸,大的索價$105,相信這份自信是來自口碑吧!  比起炒金邊粉,這炒飯實在是來得更有水準。蝦醬香氣撲鼻,用上肉碎、小蝦乾、豆角、葱頭同炒,做法相當正宗飯粒分明不帶多餘油份,很好吃。

金龍作為街坊小店,一直在區內有不俗的口碑,論味道是「比上不足,比下有餘」,雖不是道道正宗,街坊小店的誠意還是有的,價位亦相當親民,這家泰式小館還是值得再回頭的。

先前看了食評才來試一試,無骨鳳爪雖然味淡了一些,勝在份量足夠,都可以說0K。但非常失望,灼完再放在扒爐煎,這就是串燒,我真是接受不了,不只這樣炒蟶子也一樣,先灼熟蟶子再打個汁放回蟶子殼面,這叫炒我真是不可接受,真是可一不可再。

位於屯門的金龍泰國菜館以經濟價錢成功打入平民市場。因為與輕鐵站相隔一段較長的距離,所以對於不熟悉區內的食客會較難掌握位置。附近有多個錶場,有呠呠車的朋友會較為方便。因為位置偏遠,通常不用等位。泰式炒金邊粉是TastyBuddy必點的泰菜,外表簡單,但內藏乾坤。比其他泰菜館炒得乾身,味道也是經過調整的香港口味,可以一戰。炒蟶子的味道絕對可以媲美其他大排檔。以88蚊來說,份量十分多。醬汁加入了九層塔等香料,令整道菜式增添不少南亞風味。馬拉盞通菜味道不錯。泰式拼盤也十分惹味,只可惜TastyBuddy最近不可以飲啤酒,拼盤內的小食跟啤酒簡直是絕配。雖然沒有點啤酒,但是店內亦提供了不少特色飲料,包括青檸梳打和椰汁冰。全單不過三百,實屬抵食之選。
