仔在附近補習,不熟路的我,無意中見到轉角位的這間燒味店排晒長龍。人買我又買,反正懶得煮餸😆買了燒鵝(4份之1,下庄)、半隻鹽焗雞、半斤叉燒,和一盒海蜇拼鳯爪,合計$24x。聞說現在多以燒鴨充燒鵝,一來是成本較低,二來是反正吃進口裡不相差太多。這家寫明是燒鵝,當然要試試。鵝髀飽滿,外皮甘香。鹽焗雞雞肉帶鹹香,不錯👍叉燒稍甜,肉質腍滑,非常好吃!海蜇鳯爪是一貫正常好味道,回家冷藏一會是更加好吃的冷盤😉

叉燒稍甜,肉質腍滑,非常好吃!

海蜇鳯爪是一貫正常好味道,回家冷藏一會是更加好吃的冷盤😉
