To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚公道內的食肆甚多,最常光顧的來來去去不是主打粥及腸粉的"腸粉皇"便是吃一盅兩件的"慶發"。反而這間就坐落在"慶發"旁邊的牛什老舖,卻是一次也沒有來過....獨個兒來吃碗牛什河作午飯。天氣依舊熱得很,胃口也不算特佳,就只一碗湯河便夠飽。當然習慣上先啖一口湯底,先看上去感覺色頗濁的,味甚濃且感少許咯喉,已留了一個不大好的印象.....河粉沒有被浸至碎碎的,仍可用筷子輕易而食,進肚後的感覺夠實在,很易飽肚。牛肚很淰,由此便嗦盡了湯汁,味因此甚鹹;腸內仍留有不少肥膏,吃得人肚滿腸肥。不喜此道可能眉頭大皺,自己倒覺是可以接受的,還來一個愛吃;膀稍嫌不夠"粉"而且甚硬身;肺跟肚一樣質地甚淰,但食味卻只是很一般....水準平平的什河一碗。不過嬴在夠便宜,口痕時吃一碗進肚,總勝過吃所謂的"麵粉燒賣"及"化學魚蛋"的....
