To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前係何文田愛民邨嘅冬菇亭食過晚飯, 覺得都幾好鑊氣, 今日咁岩係附近做完野, 所以就過來試下佢午餐D茶記野~如其他茶記一樣, 呢到都係有D鑊氣小菜、午市客飯同炒粉麵, 仲有常餐特餐~由於朝早食左個大麵包, 所以簡啤地叫個香煎雞扒米粉, 配火腿奄列及丹麥多士, 加多個熱奶茶!米粉初時上到我見佢個樣咁齋, 以為應該係無咩味, 點知都濃味, 但唔會好咸, 香煎雞扒都煎得個皮幾脆(試少少啦~), 雞肉的味道同肉質就正正常常,但可惜佢唔算好大塊, 如果大塊D會好D!!!火腿奄列又幾好, 個蛋都幾滑, 估唔到冬菇亭係有offer丹麥多士, 烘得多士邊脆多士軟, 最衰天氣凍搞塊多士好快凍, 如果唔係應該都幾好食!熱奶茶有D驚喜, 茶同奶的比例較得岩岩好, 有淡奶帶來的絲滑, 但又唔會搶走茶的味道, 幾好飲~(唔記得左影奶茶)

米粉初時上到我見佢個樣咁齋, 以為應該係無咩味, 點知都濃味, 但唔會好咸, 香煎雞扒都煎得個皮幾脆(試少少啦~), 雞肉的味道同肉質就正正常常,

但可惜佢唔算好大塊, 如果大塊D會好D!!!
