To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假約左朋友嚟藍田既匯景廣場行街，好耐無行過呢種街坊味道咁重既商場。行到肚餓，見到有唔少人嚟呢間餐廳食飯，餐牌上既食物選擇都幾豐富，一於試下。豬頸肉喇沙配新竹米粉加左份麻辣鴨血，有淡淡既麻辣香氣，而且夠哂大份。湯底既奶味幾濃郁，唔算好辣。盞鬼雞翼尖雞翼尖幾惹味，一放入口就有股辣衝擊喉嚨，呢股辣勁來得快去得快，幾過癮。煎豬肉餡餅外層輕輕煎過，咬落夠哂熱辣辣，作為小食都唔錯。良緣 (涼粉、芋圓、烤地瓜配花奶底)花奶可以再落多啲，芋圓幾煙韌彈牙，涼粉就夠哂清涼爽口。楊枝甘露以凍飲杯裝住，奶味偏重，西米既份量都幾多，底下仲有啖啖芒果肉。

豬頸肉喇沙配新竹米粉
加左份麻辣鴨血，有淡淡既麻辣香氣，而且夠哂大份。湯底既奶味幾濃郁，唔算好辣。
