壽司俊未搬鋪之前係寶琳開,當時冇咁就腳不過因為老細可以幫忙開魚,所以有時都會特登過去幫襯。而家搬左過尚德就更方便,落樓下就係啦🤩之前出去釣左條六帶鰺,放好血放落冰箱處理好,返到黎即刻拎俾老細幫手開魚切魚🤤順手揀定啲壽司同條魚一齊食😋每次老細開魚切魚,擺盤都擺得好靚😍唔會求其切好放埋一兜就算😌而且開魚費用真係好鬼平🤣今次我地揀左劍魚腩、鮮赤貝、赤貝、帶子、甜蝦、赤身同三文魚子,仲開多隻赤貝刺身🤤老細啲甜蝦比出面食既特別大隻🤤而且一啲都唔漿口非常新鮮😋壽司刺身其實最緊要係夠新鮮,再黎既就係睇你點處理,呢兩點做得好其實都好難唔好食🤤😋提提大家,如果需要開魚切魚,記得提早靚拎定俾老細呀,因為要先雪一雪再開,開魚需時哦❗️餐廳資料:壽司俊 (將軍澳)將軍澳唐明街2號尚德街市地下M114號舖

順手揀定啲壽司同條魚一齊食😋
每次老細開魚切魚,擺盤都擺得好靚😍唔會求其切好放埋一兜就算😌而且開魚費用真係好鬼平🤣

今次我地揀左劍魚腩、鮮赤貝、赤貝、帶子、甜蝦、赤身同三文魚子,仲開多隻赤貝刺身🤤
老細啲甜蝦比出面食既特別大隻🤤而且一啲都唔漿口非常新鮮😋
壽司刺身其實最緊要係夠新鮮,再黎既就係睇你點處理,呢兩點做得好其實都好難唔好食🤤😋
