To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繞過灣仔街頭巷尾，意外搵到一家Bar & Restaurant，真係食到寶！🌟 先嚟個《Truffle & Parmesan Fries》，薯條外層金黃酥脆，撲鼻松露味同埋Parmesan芝士嘅香氣夠晒霸氣！每條薯條都包裹住濃香芝士粉，好似薯條界嘅貴族咁，食落去唔沉悶，齒頰留香，真係薯條控嘅心頭好。梗係少不了著名嘅《Cheesy Meatballs》，肉丸彈牙有嚼勁，但又唔會太實，搭配上鮮香嘅蕃茄醬汁，芝士融合得啱啱好，越嚼越出味。《Avocado & Bacon Croquettes》緊係另一款殿堂級小食！香脆外皮包住軟滑嘅牛油果同濃郁嘅芝士，煙肉帶點鹹香，咬落去層次分明，煙韌過癮。喺度點少得《Philly Cheese Steak Bao'sClassic》呢，兩個烤包入面夾滿沙爹牛肉，肉質嫩滑又多汁，搭住清甜嘅紫洋蔥，爽脆嘅絲瓜，食落唔覺油膩，真係開胃得嚟！最後一定要提提《Espresso Martini》，呢款cocktail嘅咖啡香氣濃郁，酒精味恰到好處，猶如黑夜中嘅閃電，啖啖香濃刺激感官，一試難忘。呢間餐廳嘅食物同飲料都咁出色，下次還要再嚟！🍸👍🏻
