i love the burgers here. taste great, price is good, staff manners are satisfactory. but its HYGIENE SUCKS. the mgt needs to work SERIOUSLY on this. staff need to remember that they shouldn't touch the food their customers are going to put into their mouth after they touch the money (this happened very frequently) or after they scratch their body parts (i witnessed this once - but frankly, with this one it doesn't really help if you wash your hands in front of me afterwards). i've been there mul

open kitchen is a good idea. it's not going to help by hiding its view from the customers. work on the hygiene. it's not difficult to fix at all.
