To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

感覺好差，衛生環境惡劣。我哋坐出邊，勁多蒼蠅飛去食物嗰度，飛來飛去，極不衛生，諗起都覺得好核突。我哋同店員要求轉枱，佢話開咗爐就唔可以轉，明明有枱都唔轉，搞到我哋成日都同好多蒼蠅一齊，好污糟。講緊可以係有十幾20隻蒼蠅喺食物枱上。另外，加咗價，入場費加價，飲品卷得一張。食物都比以前難食咗好多，勁咸，勁多味精，要買好多嘢飲。而且啲肉類已經醃到係林晒，唔覺得自己食緊肉。佢聲稱嘅過濾水飲落似生水好差，唔會再黎，絕無下次。
