To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見疫情漸緩和同難得一家人都放假，所以時隔外出已久，今日朝早到海翠坊稻香飲母親節茶。其實而家外出食飯因為疫情都變得好麻煩，就算係客人定商家都需要有十足嘅衞生，我哋又食得安心，佢哋又可以有生意做又減少肺炎帶嚟嘅風險。但今日入座後，發現以往係用傳統嘅茶壺變咗自動加水加熱機。上面分別有一個透明水壺，兩個透明茶壺，水壺係用嚟加水同加熱再自行加水到茶壺沖茶。然而，得茶壺係新嘅，但加水加熱機同水壺就依然係上一手用過嘅，而且幾多人用過無人知，淨係知呢兩樣嘢係無消毒連基本清潔都無。其實咁樣真係好污糟同欠缺衞生。係疫情之下，如果客人要求下，係咪可以用返傳統嘅茶壺呢? 問返啲侍應，無人幫到我，我只可以無奈接受，不過之後都唔會再到稻香了。
