20180930 Sunday, 今日做了過江龍,如果不是相熟人士試過,都會好少過到觀塘區搵食,需然工業區,一 D都唔難搵,比較多停車場,進入飯店,有4張大枱,有兩張4人卡位,都好濶落,因為之前表姐己經安排菜式,所以好快就起菜,(1)五寶茶=圓肉,桂花,杞子 及紅棗, 女侍應提意可以溝入熱水或少少紅茶;(2)刀拍青瓜小雲耳(3)話梅翠涼瓜)4)蒜泥白肉卷(5)有機腐皮鮮淮山(6)涼拌豬耳(7)椒鹽白福豆腐,以上六種頭盆必選,因為食到停唔到口,(8)姬松茸螺頭燉竹絲雞(9)杏汁燉豬肺,兩種燉湯我都非常喜愛,味道都好原汁原味,(10)金銀蒜粉絲蒸小象拔蚌,如果比多少少粉絲比多少少蒜就好喇,(11)上湯花膠杞子浸時蔬,可以接受(12)年年有餘=清蒸大海班,如果要我彈,就係條魚,用兩條細魚,容易比較控制,(13)金錢花膠扣鵝掌,如果炆耐少少時間就好喇(14)瓦煲花雕雞,我只可以講 頂呱呱,酒味恰到好處👍👍👍(15)啫啫芥蘭煲,好👍(16)家肥屋潤糯米飯,如果落多DD 臘味就更入味,(17)豉油王銀芽炒麵,欠缺少少火喉,最後一個甜品,木瓜雪耳海底椰燉桃膠,啱哂咁乾燥既天氣,總括嚟講今晚大滿足😋😋
