之前在舊鋪食過,搬左新鋪,地方大了好多,上次食晚餐的時候,見到有人食私房菜,問下老闆,原來有一啲菜係餐牌無既,要食圍頭,好似私房菜咁,由於平時啲海鮮同小菜都唔錯,於是約齊一班朋友,搵左一日黎試,真係好得喎,食既嘢唔係平時出面有得食既,買相好精緻,由頭盤到生果,非常得!頭盤好開胃,有凍螺,燻蹄,雲耳,車同車厘茄,雲耳落左WASaBi 同陳醋,酸酸地真係好開胃,車厘茄真係好好味,我最鍾意,因為好有心機,車厘茄係粒粒都去左皮,仲有桂花香,甜甜地呢個以蟹肉為主,用左小堂菜整左好似玫瑰花咁做伴碟好靚呀,蟹肉上面的是燕窩同蟹籽,加埋紫洋蔥,顏色豐富又名貴~香檳汁龍伴波菜麵,海鮮中我最鍾意食龍蝦,個汁好特別,龍蝦好新鮮,啖啖肉,第一次食波菜麵,又幾好食喎果皮蒸就食得多啦,乾煎又未試過喎,估唔到味道又OK 喎,絶對唔會晒左啲鮑魚,南非鮑真係好食過大連鮑,配埋啲新鮮既露筍,真睇得又食得。呢個上枱時個鍋己好有氣勢,雲南氣鍋雞聽就聽得多啦,試就真係未試過啦,個湯好清,啲味好出,啲雞腳好似中左化骨綿掌咁,朋友們都對呢個湯讚不絶口~ 冰鎮咕嚕肉,外脆肉暖,好似食拔絲咁,甜酸岩岩好,加埋冰底冰住,令到出面更加脆火
