To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日感冒睇完醫生，諗住附近食D野就回家抱頭大睡。🤧😴 行到入商場見到譚仔雲南米線，就不作考慮入去坐低。望完餐牌，就點了豬潤、牛肉米線，清湯底。（平時我會叫小辣）不到十分鐘大大碗的米線已經送到面前。除了我點的豬潤和爽滑的牛肉外，裏面還有韭菜、腐皮和芽菜。材料十足，連帶有豬潤味的清湯也很香濃，非常好味。很快我就吃完了。最後本想叫侍應姐姐比杯清水我食藥，點知侍應姐姐很晦氣地對我講：「先頭落單你唔講埋！」😡唉！我冇精神再同佢講，埋單走人！
