To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開德福,聽朋友講稻香做緊一蚊雞乳鴿!🕊️即刻約埋屋企人食乳鴿!果然乳鴿都算幾好,熱辣辣~卜卜脆~肉亦有底味,好juicy~唔算好乾!🥰👍🏻另外幾樣餸表現穩定,一般晚飯酒樓嘅菜式。個人好欣賞酸菜魚,👍🏻用沙巴躉果然又滑又好肉!佢湯底好濃,仲加咗花椒,所以多咗一陣麻香味,第一啖感覺都幾辣。另外個魚香通菜煲啱曬我口味!!純粹個人意見~😅反而平時好鍾意食節瓜粉絲煲😮‍💨佢居然用南乳……所以個顏色已經唔吸引我🥱😢另外可能水落得太多,或者炆得淋……啲粉絲發脹曬,一pat pat咁,十分影響口感~🙄
