To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

YouTube及好多人都有提過呢間牛腩粉麵店，佢有好出名嘅崩沙腩及爽腩，但如果下晝嚟過咗一點都唔洗旨意食到，又要再等5點嗰輪。星期六大概下晝2:00嚟到，前面排8-10個人，排咗15-20分鐘，餐廳冇設搭檯，幾好，所以排耐少少都可以接受。坐低後先見到咁多選擇，但已經兩點幾，崩沙腩已冇哂，坑腩都冇哂，最後叫咗蘿蔔清湯爽腩河、蘿蔔清湯爽腩麵、牛三寶，入面有牛肚、牛筋、牛腩，$178一碗，另仲有叫咗個牛肉芫茜水餃。份量相當多，其實食一碗都已經好飽。一人一碗，清湯牛腩要配河粉，會好食啲，佢哋啲辣油一般，唔建議落辣椒油落啲湯度。牛三寶，好食牛肉芫茜水餃，個人覺得唔係呢度嘅強項，食番佢哋啲牛腩粉麵會穩陣啲。呢度係米芝蓮，價錢較一般地道牛腩粉麵店貴，個人覺得可以一試，但又未去到會好瘋狂地愛上佢。如果你係好鍾意食牛腩粉麵嘅人，都值得嚟試吓。下次有機會經過，都會再試佢哋嘅崩沙腩。
