To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忽然又想食鰻魚飯，見到一風堂咁岩又有，岩哂我呢個moment。睇餐牌相石鍋鰻魚飯好似好大，黎到點知勁細😣唔夠我呢個大食之人食。鰻魚飯啲飯唔夠暖，而且飯太濕太糊狀食落，鰻魚亦唔夠肥美多汁，相當失望。我又口痕想食炸野，見到有炸蛋即刻想食，香脆既外邊，糖心既雞蛋，的確係幾好味既小食。太口渴，點都叫番杯野飲飲下，赤乳酸梳打冰其實係荔枝soda，過癮在有枝雪條比我咬下，我覺得要雪條溶入soda先好飲，唔溶既話冇咩特別。
