To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假去左銅鑼灣飲茶,享受下悠閒嘅下午,聽人推薦去咗時代廣場嘅百樂潮州。先嚟嘅係蘿蔔糕 ,睇得出佢好足料,咬落口感結實,而且煎到啱啱好,少少香口又唔會燶。然後叫咗杏汁燉白肺湯,豬肺湯自己整嘅話太麻煩,最適合就喺街外食。飲落去非常清甜,淡淡嘅杏汁味,甜得 唔會太搶,而且有大大塊肺片。飲茶當然要食燒賣,燒賣豬肉味濃,仲有原隻蝦同大大粒冬菇,絕對係誠意之作。之後嚟嘅係椒鹽九肚魚,炸到金黃色,魚肉軟熟滑嫩又唔會太多骨。最後叫咗糯米卷,本身擔心兩個人食會唔會太多,不過分量適中,兩三啖食得曬一個,而且皮好甜。最令我留下印象嘅係呢度嘅裝修好靚,有啲舞廳嘅感覺,非常懷舊復古,坐得好舒適。
