店內裝潢得好似回到咗那啲光輝歲月,處處都洋溢著復古嘅氣氛。一入門,四周圍都系些復古海報同舊時代嘅小玩意,加上啲霓虹燈光,簡直就系穿梭時空,直接送你返到咗八九十年代,感覺自己好似主角一樣,行喺老香港嘅街頭。首先叫個湯底,咸蛋芥菜湯,鹹蛋同芥菜搭配,鮮香又解膩,食完火鍋仲可以順便養生,一舉兩得。點可以少咗肥牛,叫咗一碟本地手切牛肉,一碟極級封門柳;牛肉選料講究,新鮮又嫩滑,又富有嚼勁,師傅手工現切,一片片薄得透明,輕輕一涮,入口即化,好滿足;小食,手工炸魚皮,脆口得嚟又保持住魚皮原本嘅鮮味,啖啖肉感,絕對系下酒好嘢;炸釀豆卜,內裡填滿咗香濃嘅餡料,外面裹咗層金黃酥脆,一口咬落去,香!魚皮餃,選用嘅魚皮Q彈有嚼勁,包裹住鮮美肉餡,鮮美滋味直沖味蕾。自家製杞子圓肉菊花蜜,解渴清熱,養生又滋補,甜度剛好。最後甜品有懷舊糖不甩,軟軟糯糯的錦鯉外形,放進火鍋裡煮一煮再多撒上花生碎,又甜又鹹還有些辣味,口感十足;啫喱上面插咗把小紙傘,色彩斑斕,唔止好食,睇落都開心。
