To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間酒家位置比較偏遠,需要一直走到盡頭,到達後,門面裝修比其他新淨,落地玻璃海境,侍應生禮貌亦很好,坐下後,老闆還親自帶我們去附屬海鮮檔揀海鮮,選擇時,老闆建議十分和善及中立,可惜選擇不算多,不過海鮮全部隻隻新鮮,要求不多的話,其實已經足夠,上菜時,會一碟跟一碟,全程會留意客人的進度來上菜,9個人叫了8款海鮮,每人每款吃一件,包送炒飯+魚湯+時菜+生果,9個人8款海鮮,再計每人頭煮功費,大約$2000-$3000(因應海鮮數量和種類而定)離開後,沿途有不少老字號小吃,整條海鮮街雖然有些舊,感覺偏暗,但改為晚上去的話,店鋪燈光+海邊夜景感覺一定完全不同。這餐海鮮,我個人比較喜歡以下:豉油皇煎大蝦:殼脆,肉爽,煮功好,夠入味,啖啖肉,好過吃龍蝦。豉椒炒聖子王:肉滑,肉肥,夠入味。鹽焗奄仔蟹:膏多,肉多,煮功適中,帶出鮮味。
