香港燒鵝曾經風靡一時,到了今時今日,大部分人都選擇北上消費,原因好簡單,就係品質、服務同價錢都較優勝,朋友都話過<裕記>水準不大如前了,試過今次之後,我都真係要同佢講再見喇!酒釀鵝肝size同幾年前比較,真係細件咗同薄咗,酒夠香但唔夠入味,口感又腍又滑唔好食。酥炸生蠔5隻生蠔好大隻蠔味重又juicy,蜂巢炸漿皮超好味,必食推介。椒鹽白飯魚白飯魚大大條好新鮮,炸得夠香脆熱辣辣,就算凍咗都好仍然好食。小炒皇小炒皇好足料,有蝦乾、銀魚仔、腰果、魷魚、帶子等等,不過鑊氣唔夠同茨汁杰咗啲。特大燒鵝半隻比正常燒鵝多$30但大隻好多,炭燒味幾香,但上層肉質較柴,下層就OK,不過同樣唔夠入味,真係失望咗!四人共消費: $1180
