To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修上來講, 其實好優雅,小小似古時代式既裝修, 呢d裝修最好配飲飲茶葉,別有一番風味.呢到有黑家倫同青檸, 味道比較清甜小小,我個人一向都中意青檸味,  所以呢款比較岩我飲,另外我真係好中意d 大杯既野飲, 例如呢杯, 出面店d野飲成日都唔夠大杯, 所以極度唔滿足, 尤其菜來之前野飲都有機會飲晒了.呢個牛仔架比較特別, 食落去d肉係一條條絲狀, 比較軟身,口感比較特別, 近骨位個d會更軟,味道黎講肉味都幾濃, 岩中意食牛既人士, 不過我個人喜歡加更多既薯仔去食, 如果有埋自家制既醬料會更為出色!呢個菜, 我主要試汁同麵身, 汁黎講味道濃, 都唔會太水, 所以汁係幾好食,主要係麵身黎講我中意食硬小小, 因為會有爽口既感覺,麵用既偏意粉, 偏意粉個爽口程度比較高, 所以一向都喜歡偏意,基本上其實好奇怪,食意粉, 我身邊d人, 好多都係中意偏意粉,偏意粉可以吸引好多既客人, 但係好多餐廳都無呢個選擇, 所以十分奇怪,
