To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從佢裝修完之後都冇幫襯過, 因為細咗好多, 但人又多咗好多, 次次經過都見d人排隊排到出門口, 今次無意中行過, 都冇諗住入去食, 但見佢竟然有位, 所以入去high咗個tea~~唔知係咪過哂下午茶時段, 而又未夠鐘食晚飯, 所以叫做有d位, 但排隊買飛同拎嘢都要等, 不過前後加埋都唔駛10分鐘~~ 香草燒雞脾+紅荳冰 香草燒雞脾 : 雞脾size好細隻, 個皮有少許香草, 但食落唔覺有香草味, 又冇乜雞味.............. 紅荳冰 : 紅荳好大粒, 又夠林, 但甜咗d~ 細叉燒飯+咖哩角+紅荳沙 細叉燒飯 : 個飯係正常份量, 不過煮得爛咗d, 同埋冇飯香, 至於叉燒就真係少, 得4-5小片, 係就係幾林, 但冇乜味呢~~ 咖哩角 : 係冇乜咖哩味同餡, 同埋油咗d 紅荳沙 : 熱辣辣, 煲到好沙, d紅荳又大粒, 又唔係好甜, 正wor~~

香草燒雞脾 : 雞脾size好細隻, 個皮有少許香草, 但食落唔覺有香草味, 又冇乜雞味..............
