To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修後不用再去了

以前幾乎每個週日都要去萬豪跟家人聚餐，貪其樓底高，落地玻璃開揚光猛，食品不錯。裝修好後父親節第一次去，一進去就十分失望：靠窗一邊全部變了包房，大廳變為密室形式，桌子小，餐廳面積小了一半。估計是決定裝修時打算多做包房生意（對象是什麼人就不用說了），現在這裡客戶少了，反其效果。食品方面，居然1點到達，已經售罄所有牛肉（任何做法）、菜心、叉燒！菜單已經比以前少選擇，還要選了又「百無」，其他菜色有點標奇立異，鴨舌（見圖）是啫喱狀，難吃。
