#越式eatcovery #九龍塘eatcovery💡裝修比貨之越南食店難得今日早放,所以就去又一城行下街。好耐無食越南野,今次就食左間裝修設計好有心思嘅越南店。🍽火車頭越南河配料非常多,有生牛肉、熟牛肉、牛丸、牛腩等等。生熟牛肉都有兩至三舊,非常足料。小編特別推介牛丸,個好彈牙嘅爆汁牛丸,真系好爆汁,唔為意咬一大啖,差d噴到成身都係,真juicy得黎好鮮味!牛腩好軟腍,肥瘦適中,唔覺鞋口。個湯底係店入面煮夠23小時,用左大量的肉和骨來熬煮,湯頭鮮甜濃郁,啖啖都係牛骨香氣。另外,小店好細心將芽菜青檸辣椒分開上,可以因應自己口味決定。🍽錦麗生牛肉粉湯底都係特別改良左煮法的越南牛肉湯底吧,所以飲落好清甜,唔咸。河粉上面鋪上生高質牛肉片,生牛肉粉嫰肉滑得黎唔會硬柴柴,🍽椰青好大個,好好飲,清甜得嚟又解渴。飲完之後仲可以刮啲果肉出黎,好嫰好滑。🍽暴龍美祿大杯得黎又唔會好甜,上面鋪左一層cream,邪惡得黎但好味。如果多少少美祿粉係上面應該會更正。
