To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天早上返工，因下午放假，吃可以去遠一點的地方吃，所以約了一位在這附近工作的朋友一起吃，因大家一直都好想去這間酒家吃，門口裝修同入到去環境真不錯，座下叫了紅油炒手汁另上，細細粒，易入口香肉味，不太辣千島湖炸蝦角蝦角大隻同炸得脆，蝦肉特別有口感爵士千層糕迷你好滑身同很有層次感，味道特別銀杏咸菜豬肚豬肚好爽滑，咸菜好有咸味，好開胃藥膳雞腳雞腳好霖同爽，濃藥膳也有雞湯味脆皮皇子鴨 (2隻)湯窩米線真大窩，鴨味好香，皮炸得脆，米線滑千層薑汁糕好有厚度，軟滑同香薑汁味
